Site aiming and commissioning
In-house lighting engineers build comprehensive AGI32 and Dialux models from your architectural CAD files, balancing horizontal workplane illumination against vertical surface luminance.
Fixtures are milled from solid billet brass and aircraft aluminum in our Seattle shop, fitted with field-serviceable drivers and calibrated optical lenses.
Our structural engineers design custom billet housings and bespoke junction canopies that integrate seamlessly into historic coffered ceilings or exposed concrete structural grids.
Our technical leads attend site handover to adjust beam angles, balance dimming curves on Lutron or DALI protocols, and record final field verification readings.

Bespoke luminaire adaptation
When standard luminaire footprints fail non-standard ceiling conditions, we engineer custom bracketry and modified chassis profiles directly from architectural sections. Every component maintains identical optical cutoff angles and thermal management.
All housings are machined from monolithic solid billets rather than folded sheet metal, preserving crisp structural reveals and providing unmatched structural rigidity across spans up to fourteen feet.
Lumin & Form achieved within two percent of their predicted lux targets across our 40-foot atrium. Their photometric modeling removed all guesswork from the final commissioning process.
